Confirm before we cut

Before we cut, you confirm your order: size, pitch, hole size and quantity (custom work: by approving the proof). Please check them carefully.

Deposits and cancellations

Cancel before cutting starts: your deposit is refunded in full.
Once cutting starts: no cancellations and no refunds.

Returns

Every set is cut to order. We don't accept returns of any kind, and we never pay return shipping.

If there's a problem

There's no warranty and no formal damage-claim process. If something's wrong with your order, contact us through the contact form and we'll try to resolve it as we're able, case by case.

Lost in transit

Every shipment includes carrier shipping insurance for loss in transit. Let us know through the contact form and we'll work with the carrier.

Not defects

Mill scale, rust on raw steel, minor laser marks and color variation are normal.

How refunds are paid

Deposit refunds go back to your original payment method through Square. Your card issuer sets how long it takes to appear.
