Raw unfinished steel
Default soft-launch finish
Every soft-launch bracket set ships raw (unfinished steel). Powder coat is coming later and isn't orderable yet.
What raw means outdoors
Raw steel will rust if left unprotected. That's expected, not a defect. If you want a painted look, clear, oil or paint it yourself after install, or wait until we offer powder coat.
How we leave the edges
Parts are laser-cut and deburred before packing.
Corten
Weathering (Corten) steel is special order only right now. Ask on the custom quote form if you need it.
