What we collect
- Quote form: name, email, optional phone, ship-to ZIP or postal code, project details and any files you upload.
- Checkout: payments are handled by Square on Square's pages. We receive your name, email, shipping address, order details and payment status, but not your full card number. See Square's privacy notice.
- Messages: anything you send us through the form or by replying to our emails.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Google Cloud) keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and operations.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device and approximate location. Clarity may record anonymized session replays; form fields are masked. Both set cookies, which load only after you click Accept on the cookie notice. You can change your choice by clearing this site's storage in your browser. See Google's privacy policy and the Microsoft privacy statement. We don't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
To answer quotes, make and ship orders, send invoices and order updates, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the business: Square (payments and invoices), Google (hosting, email and analytics), Microsoft (Clarity analytics), shipping carriers (your address), and our accountant or authorities where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Quote requests: [up to 2 years]. Order and tax records: as long as tax law requires (generally [7] years).
Your choices

Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
